7.1.1 Configure Output and Input Connections on Line 1

  • Set up Establish an additional output on Line 1 that activates whenever any door within Line 1's interlock group is opened.

  • Specify Set the output type as … and assign the reader group as …source as Interlock reader group.

  • Set the correct Reader group (interlock) is specified as the source.

  • Physically connect this output to an input on Line 2. This configuration allows setup enables Line 2 to detect when any door in Line 1’s interlock group is opened.
