Most cameras use an ActiveX plugin for (live) video in a browser which only works in (the old) IE11.
To continue using this plugin in Edge, a web page can be opened in "Internet Explorer Mode" making it possible to continue using this ActiveX Plugin
Open “settings” menu in Edge browser
Open tab “Default browser”
Select “Allow” sites to be reloaded in Internet Explorer mode from drop-down menu.
Restart brower
An icon appears in the menu bar which makes it is possible to activate the Internet Explorer mode when opening (for example) web-page of camera
