When it is not possible to load new/another firmware on the webpage, (Fw Encoder with firmware version 1.x.x xx - 3.x.x)
you can use the "upgrade tool" . Download the UpgradeBat.zip file (bottom of page) xx cannot be updated with the .sqrfw file via the web page.
At the time, there were special upgrade tools for this, which are no longer supported in the current Windows version.

Make sure that the Windows Feature, TFTP Client, is checked.
