Standard plate since 1990

Standard passenger, trailer and truck (taxis, commercial vehicles) plate issued since 1990. Black on white or orange plate. The registration consists of a serial letter, or more recently two letters starting at AB, and four numerals. This is followed by a dark rectangular seal, and finally RB below the outline on the country in the national colours.
