  • Click the user group plus and select "Menu definitions"

  • Click the plus in front of ‘PC’ to open it.

  • Click om Main menu

 

In this dialog box, you can define for each user group which menus and sub menus appear on the screen after logging in.
Compared to Column Permission, this is a limited method of shielding certain windows.
The File menu is shown by default. You can't change this.

  • Click the plus sign in front of the main menu item. All sub menus are shown. By double-click, an empty box changes into a green box. By double-clicking on the main menu item, everything underneath it follows.

  • Save the menu definitions.
