In light of cyber security, we want to make a of small number of adjustments to the servers and clients that we deliver pre-installed.

The auto-login you were used to is changed. On the servers we have disabled the auto-login and on the clients we configured a user to login automatically.

We recommend changing the default password for safety reasons when commissioning the servers and clients.

For Client PC’s (NVH-1010M, NVH-1101, NVH-2004(XTR))

The client systems has 2 users configured, a user and an administrator.

For Servers (NVH-xxxxX(R))

The server systems have 1 user pre-configured: the administrator. TKH-Admin 

User :

TKH-User
TKH-User will automatically log in at startup.

Administrator :

TKH-Admin
The administrator account will not log in automatically for safety reasons. Windows Server 2019 and later will also have an Administrator account. The password for this account is also TKH-Admin.

On the servers is only the administrator account configured and auto-login disabled.

Passwords

The old passwords have been replaced by the following.

For LSA (Raid card software)

Note* : LSA software uses the windows administrator account credentials.

Database postgres password.

Please contact support to request your database password what is set during config of your server.

Tools

In the documents folder you can find most tools (notepad++, etc.) and RAID card software and firmware.
