VDG Sense | Licensing | Deactivation

Deactivation is the process by which Sense removes the license from the system and deactivates the license on the Sense Licensing Portal. If you want to install the software on a new computer, you first need to deactivate the software on the computer you will no longer use, and then activate the software on the new computer.

Automatic online deactivation can offer you a simple and easy way to deactivate the software at any time, via the internet. However, it requires an internet connection. Therefore, there is an offline deactivation process for customers in secure environments or who do not have access to the internet. After you deactivate your software, it will stop working.

During the deactivation process, information about the following will be collected by TKH Security:

your computer
your email address
the Sence software installed on your computer
the Sence license key associated with the purchased software
