Configurator login

Open a browser (Chrome, MS Edge or Firefox) and enter the url: https://ipaddressiprotect/apollo

  • Enter you credentials (username and password)

  • Press on the button “OK”

Template

Once your log in, you can create a new template.

  1. Select “Templates”

  2. Press on the button “New”

On the right side you have the option to custommade your ApolloN configuration.

  1. Enter a logical name of the template e.g., ApN-R1-default (ApolloN 1x RIO standard connection)

  2. Select ApolloN

  3. Select the number of RIO

  4. Press on Save settings

You have the option to select some option which is appears in the site Floor plan.

  • Camera view (if you add camera’s in iProtect, you can display this in the floor plan)

  • Geolocation (Open Street map loaded in your floor plan, client pc required internet connection)

  • Last events (live events of the pop location will be displayed in the floor plan)

  • Light control (Is not in used anymore)

  • Last Person (Picture of the person will be displayed in the floor plan, who has entered the pop location)

  • Photo (You can upload a picture of the location, PNG or JPEG)

  • Layout plan (You can upload a map of the pop location, all sensor icons will appear on this map)

If you have network device which are reachable with a browser, you can add some labels where you can create a hyper-link to the Ip address.

  1. Enter the name of the label e.g., UPS Webpage

  2. Press on the button “New”

KPSENSOR Port (Temperature /Humidity)

  1. Click on the KP sensor port

  2. Enable this input

  3. Enter the number of sensors (max 10)

  4. If you want an alarm message in the alarm handler, enable this function

  5. If you want a message by mail, enable this function. (Setup van mail server is required)

  6. Click on save settings

Lock control port

  1. Click on the lock control port

  2. Enable the lock output which is related to the card reader (If you do not have a card reader, create a “Dummy” reader.

  3. If you need some inputs, enable this function (e.g., door position, push button)

Reader port

  1. Click on the reader port

  2. Enable this port

  3. If you have a motion detection, activate the Guarded area

A1 port

  1. Click on port A1

  2. Enable this port

  3. Select e.g. the PIR sensor

  4. For this sensor, you need to enable Guarded area

  5. Click on the save settings button

A2 port

  1. Click on port A2

  2. Enable this port

  3. Select e.g. the Smoke detector sensor

  4. For this sensor, you can enable the alarm handler and the email notification option.

A3 port

  1. Click on port A3

  2. Enable this port

  3. Select e.g. the Shock sensor

  4. For this sensor, you can enable the alarm handler and the email notification option.

D1 port

  1. Click on port D1

  2. Enable this port

  3. Select e.g. the Water sensor

  4. For this sensor, you can enable the alarm handler and the email notification option.

  5. Click on the save settings button

Threshold

  1. Click on the icon “Threshold”

  2. Click on the button “New”

  3. Enter the limit values

  4. Click on the save settings button

Template executions

  1. Click on the icon Template executions

  2. Click on the created template

  3. Enter all required fields in

Example:

  1. Enter a logical name for this ApolloN. (Remember this name appears every in the system)

  2. Enter the IP address of the ApolloN

  3. Enter the default reader group

  4. Enter the location coordinates

  5. Enter the label hyperlink

  6. Select the threshold

  7. Upload a picture of the location

  8. Click on the button “save settings”

If you don’t get any errors, the ApolloN is added to your system.
