Description:
The purpose of the configuration below is that if a Card is offered to a specific reader, the iProtect system user will get a pop-up and the appropriate Card can be provided with temporary access rights.
In the example below we have 2 access groups (.public and .restricted), all the cards have the .public rights by default, by offering the card to the specific reader, the iProtect system user can grant the .restricted access rights for an x time to the card.

Configuration:
Create 2 access right combinations, .public and .restricted
If you want the card group to be automatically removed when the permissions expire, check the "remove expired cards" check mark from the card group.
3. Create an reader with standard access rights for the pop-up function.
4. Create a procedure by General > Settings >procedure.
5. Click with the right mouse button on the action list of the just created procedure and click on the button “add action”
6. Create the action with the settings below.
When you change the value of "Card group adjustable" from no to yes, the iProtect system users can change the card group in the pop-up.
When you change the value of "Assignment duration adjustable" from no to yes, the iProtect system users can change the Assignment duration in the pop-up.
When you offer the card to the activation reader then the iProtect system user will get the pop-up below and can grant the temporary rights to the card.
Looking at the Card you will see the temporary card group, if the rights have expired the card group will automatically disappear again.
