Log in to the Cockpit Panel:
Navigate to:
https://{IP address/hostname}/cockpitpanel.Use the server administrator account credentials to log in.
Enable Maintenance Functions:
Go to the iProtect Maintenance tab.
Click the Enable Functions button.
Access the Maintenance Page:
Log in to the maintenance page using the Atlas account.
Download the Key Backup File:
Navigate to the iProtect tab in the left-hand column.
Go to Back Up → Download.
Download the Key Backup File from the list of available backups.
