  1. Log in to the Cockpit Panel:

    • Navigate to: https://{IP address/hostname}/cockpitpanel.

    • Use the server administrator account credentials to log in.

  2. Enable Maintenance Functions:

    • Once logged in, go to the iProtect Maintenance tab.

    • Click the Enable Functions button to activate enable maintenance features on the maintenance page.

  4. Download the Backup Files:

    • Navigate to the iProtect tab in the left-hand column.

    • Go to Back UpDownload.

    • Download the The following files can be download :

      • Encrypted Backup File

      • Technical Backup File

      • Key Backup File
