Encoder with firmware version 1.xx - 3.xx cannot be updated with the .sqrfw file via the web page>
When it is not possible to load new/another firmware on the webpage, (Fw version 1.x.x - 3.x.x)
you can use the "upgrade tool" . Download the UpgradeBat.zip file (bottom of page)
Condition: TFTP Client
Make sure that the Windows Feature, TFTP Client, is checked.
This setting can be found in the Windows Control Panel.
How to:
Open and extract UpgradeBat.zip in a new folder.
Copy the firmware xxx.nkffw in the same folder
open "Command Prompt" , go to the folder.
Type:
Upgrade <IPnumber> xxx.nkffw (enter)
