If you are having trouble answering new calls. Then it could be possible that your last case is stuck in FlinQ Foresight. To solve this you have to do the following.

  • First of all you need the correct access rights. Otherwise you can’t delete the case that is stuck in FlinQ Foresight.

  • When you do have the correct acces rights. You will see the ADMIN option at the bottom left. After you click on it.

  • On the left side you will see the operator, search for the operator that is stuck in his or her case. And then click on that case. You will see a trash can icon. When you click on it you will delete the case that is stuck.

Now it will work fine again. And he or her can answer calls again.
