If you are having trouble answering new calls. Then it could be possible that your last case is stuck in FlinQ Foresight. To solve this you have to do the following.
First of all you need the correct access rights. Otherwise you can’t delete the case that is stuck in FlinQ Foresight.
When you do have the correct acces rights. You will see the ADMIN option at the bottom left. After you click on it.
On the left side you will see the operator, search for the operator that is stuck in his or her case. And then click on that case. You will see a trash can icon. When you click on it you will delete the case that is stuck.
Now it will work fine again. And he or her can answer calls again.
