The product ID of a DIVA or SENSE license can be found at the following location.
Open the settings menu of the DIVA or SENSE software and select the Server tab. On the Server tab the ‘Show License Info’ button is available. Press this button.
After you have pressed the ‘Show License Info’ button a new window will appear called License information. On the top of this window you will find the Product ID of the license.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
If you have questions about your DIVA or SENSE license a VDG employee will always ask you for your Product ID. Without the Product ID, VDG is not able to answer your questions about your license.
