This article including the attached screenshots describe how to (permanently) disable Windows Firewall in Windows 7 / 8 / 10 whenever you run into for example the following issues below:

  • The camera Live view shows black screen in Internet Explorer

  • The Siqura Device Manager is unable to discover the camera's installed in your network due to Windows Firewall security "Enabled".

Run: services.msc

 

scroll down to "Windows Firewall" (and double click)

To temporary disable the firewall (as shown below)
