S60-D compatibility

The S60 D supports MPEG-2 , MPEG-4 and H.264 Baseline streaming with a maximum resolution of D1.
The decoder has been developed based on the (old) Siqura encoder line, which in practice means that it is compatible with only Siqura based encoders and limited number of cameras

Compatible encoders:

All Siqura based encoders.
A special profile is available for the V2 and EVE series encoders to remain compatible with the S60D.
