Standard plate since 2000

Standard passenger plate issued since 2000. To the left is a serial number up from three to five digits, in the centre is an Arabic serial letter and to the right a number indicating the province or prefecture within a province, all separated in panels.

Standard passenger plate issued until 2000. To the left is a serial number up from three to four digits followed by a hyphen and a numeral indicating the town of registration, this was followed by a vertical line and then a numeral indicating the zone of registration.
