Is there any application software/manual on how to configure the Tetra or Octa Video Over Fiber Transceiver?

 

There is no software to configure such product, these are actually quite “mechanical” product.

 

The link below allows you to download the user manual which will explain how to set the fiber transceiver. Basically by dip-switches and connection PIN assignments.
