Using camera dome function (PTZ)

For using camera dome function is is required to configure dome properties in Sense client.
More information on how to do this can be found in the PTZ section of the Knowledge Base

After adding PTZ properties to selected camera, the PTZ functions are available in C4 application. To add PTZ camera to C4, PTZ camera should be selected instead of Videocamera.

The PTZ control panel will be visible on the right of the viewer, after clicking ‘Show’ on the PTZ camera icon. There are four ways of controlling the camera:

  • Direction – going to indicated direction (pan, tilt)

  • Zoom IN/OUT – dome zooming

  • Go to the preset – go to selected preset.

  • Set the preset – set new preset.
