Creating first users in Foresight

Log into Keycloak to configure user groups ( operatorrooms ) and user roles.

see for which ports to use

Configure Intercom to have pincodes ( direct dials )

this has to be programmed in the intercom server where the controldesks are connected to, also make sure the used pincodes are not used as intercomnumbers somewhere in the system.

Creating Locations

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http), in menu locaties, create the locations.

 

Create / Configure connectors

add settings to the intercom connector

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http), goto admin / settings / connector

Creating Workflows

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http)and choose menu item Workflows, create new.

Creating Business Rules

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http) and choose menu item Business Rules, create new.

Creating Fysical devices

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http) and choose menu item Fysical Devices and fill in the details for the different devices ( intercom ( intercom callnr and name ), entry, ( contactnr and name ) etc.

This can also be done through the studio

try to make sure you give all the fysical devices correct names, this will make the logical device creation a lot easier, since that one automatically matches the selected fysical device in the dropdown to the given logical device naam.

 

Creating Logical devices

go to the ForeSight Config gui: 9004 (http) and choose menu item Logical Devices. For the different logical devices ( entry, exit, pay, etc ) select the different fysical devices which are in 1 logical device.
