Open

There are 2 mainly types of backup:

1. CCT backup, witch could be loaded in to an other CCT to see the configuration.
2. VirtuoBro backup, witch include more information about the VirtuoSIS. Before you can read this file, you need to restore it on a virtuoSIS and take a CCT download.

Before you start

Download CCT from the Commend website, and install the CCT-800 software. A manual how to do this, can be found at the Knowledgebase.

Open

CCT Backup:

1. start CCT

2. Connect to the intercom server

3. Download intercom server configuration

4. Save file as [Name].cctx

For Restore backup:

1. Start CCT

2. Connect to the intercom server

3. Open the [Name].cctx backup file

4. Send to the server.

VirtuoBro backup:

1. Start VirtuoBro

2. Connect to the intercom host

3. Tab Backup → Take backup

4. Save file as .Zip file

Restore backup

1. Start VirtuoBro

2. Connect to the intercom host

3. Tab Backup → Restore backup

4. Open the .Zip file
