*Delete an Organization (android)

This scenario is for our own office and a customer where the following happened.
Mobile Devices which where already successfully registered and than the Mobile Devices is deleted from the system OR the complete tenant is removed (own office).
In this scenario the customer will be noticed with a red dot that the the Token Authority cannot be reached anymore because it’s unreachable or because the Mobile Device is deleted.
The only way to get back online is to register yourself again. This only works once you delete your existing, non working organization, first!

Note; the above is not the case for iOS. Here the user will also be informed with a RED dot that there is an issue. But a new registration will result in a second virtual access card in the my organization list. This is how Android will work as well in the near future.
The following steps will explain how a user can delete a organization.
step 1:
Mobile Device will notice that the Token Authority is not reachable anymore. Visible at” menu → My organizations”
step 2:
Click at this organization
step 3
press at Delete and confirm the message
step 4
now you’re ready to accept your new invitation again!
